COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. _
WHEREAS, by Committee Report No. 2, the Finance
Committee recommended the approval of the request of
Yoshito Tanaka, County Attorney, for the creation of
one (1) permanent position of private secretary SR-13
in the department of county attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that the
foregoing position be hereby established, effective
immediately, and that the county attorney be authorized
to fill said position by appointment in accordance with
the law and to pay to the employee selected compensation
as provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the salary ordinance
is next amended, the new permanent position be incorporated
therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County of
Hawaii be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
forward a copy each of this resolution to the departments
of civil service, county auditor and county attorney
for their information.
