BE IT FURTHER, RESOLVED that the Coir;uty Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
instructed to forward copies of this resolution each, to the County Audi-tor and County Treasurer,
and that said County Auditor and County 7'reasurer be and they are hereby authorized to make
the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
