COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 20
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Hawaii, Territory.of Hawaii, that it does
hereby approve the attached budget for the calendar years
1959 and 1960, as required, in accordance with the provisions'
of Section 129-6, Revised Laws of Hawaii 1955, as amended
by Act 1, Special Session Laws of Hawaii 1957, for submis-
sion to the Legislature of the Territory of Hawaii showing
the estimated receipts and expenditures of the County of
Hawaii for the said years 1959 and 1960; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that'the County Clerk be
directed to forward a sufficient number of copies" of this
resolution, together with copies of the said Budget to the
Territorial Director of the Budget so that the same may
be submitted to the Thirtieth Legislature, as required by
law.
Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this Twenty-First day of
