COUNTY OF HAINTAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 30
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII, that pursuant to the provisions of
section 9-5, Revised Laws of Hawaii 1955, the county treasurer
be and he is hereby authorized to use any portion of
moneys belonging to any funds under, its control, save and
except pension or retirement funds, funds set aside for
the redemption of bonds or the payment of interest thereon,.
and private trust funds, for the purpose of paying
warrants drawn against any fund temporarily depleted;
provided, however, all sums so used shall be repaid to the
credit of the fund from which taker) immediately after the
replenishment of such depleted fund.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that whenever any of the above
funds are used by the treasurer to pay warrants drawn
against any funds temporarily depleted he shall submit
a written report to the board of supervisors arid, whenever
any repayments are made to any funds so used a memorandum
noting such repayments -shall be likewise submitted to the
board of supervisors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this authorization be and
it is hereby made and giver) for the entire calendar years
1959 and 1960.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the county clerk be and
he is instructed and directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the county treasurer and county auditor.-
