COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION 90 37
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in and for the
County of Hawaii that all Highway Fund allotments with unexpended
balances as of December 31,1958 be lapsed to Unappropriated Surplum
and reappropriated again in the Year 1959
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is
hereby directed and instructed to forward copies of this resolution.
each to the County Auditor and County Treasurer, and that said
County Auditor and County Treasurer be and they are hereby
authorized to make the necessary transfers in accordance with the
terms of this resolution.
