AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-71, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1999 TO JUNE 30, 2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000, is hereby amended
by adding the following projects:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Ahalanui Park/Pohoiki Park Development - FEMA $1,020,330.00
(110-559-5590.27-115 )
Ahalanui Park/Pohoiki Park Development -County 340,110.00
(110-559-5590.28-115 )
SECTION 2. Funds for these projects shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $1,020,330.00
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- 340,110.00
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
