ORDINANCE NO. DO 34
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 99-71, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 1999 TO JUNE 30, 2000.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 99-71, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements
and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 1999 to June 30, 2000, is hereby amended
by adding the fallowing project:
PARKS & RECREATION:
Seven Seas Luau House Improvement $500,000.00
(110-599-5591.53-115)
SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- $500,000.00
Fund Balance and/or Other Sources
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
