COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 125
WHEREAS, some question has been raised as to the
regularity of the meeting of this Board of Supervisors
on May 8, 1959, at which time Resolution No. 119 of
the County of Hawaii, relative to the fixing of the
real property tax rate for 1959, was introduced; and
WHEREAS, this Board, while of the opinion that the
actions taken at said meeting are valid, nevertheless
wishes to reaffirm the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii, that the
actions of this Board of Supervisors, including the
introduction of,said Resolution No. 119 of the County
of Hawaii, at its meeting on May 1959,. be and they
are hereby affirmed, confirmed, and ratified.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the actions of this
Board of Supervisors at its meeting on May 11,-1959,
be and they are confirmed and ratified.
