COUNTY OF HAWAII a TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 153
WHEREAS, the Director of Planning and Traffic
Commission, County of Hawaii, Territory of-Hawaii has
drafted and submitted to the Board of Supervisors, County
of Hawaii, a Workable'Program of.the City of Hilo for
urban renewal pursuant to the Housing Act of 1954; and

WHEREAS, the said Workable Program has been reviewed
by the Board of Supervisors and found to be acceptable,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that the
Workable Program of the City of Hilo, County of Hawaii,
Territory of Hawaii, dated May 19, 1959, submitted by the
Director of the. Planning and Traffic Commission, County of
Hawaii be and is hereby adopted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
be forwarded to the Honorable Annabelle Heath, Regional
Administrator, Housing and Home Finance Agency, San Francisco
3, California.
