RESOLUTION NO. 183
A RESOLUTION AJENDING RESOLUTION NO. 270 OF 1957, ESTABLISHING AND DESIGMATING
NO-PARKING ZONES, MdE-LIMIT PARKING ZONES, U-TURN AREAS, PROHIBITED LEFT AND
RIGHT TURN INTERSECTIONS, ONE-WAY STREETS, THROUGH STREETS, STOP INTERSECTIONS,
AND PLAY STREETS IN THE COUNTY OF HAWAII, TERRITORY OF HAWAII, AND REPEALING
ALL OTHER RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT HEREWITH.
Section 1. Section 1 (No-Parking Zones - Locations), as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding Subsections (zz) and (aaa) to read as follows:
"(zz) On the mauki side of Keawe Street, two stalls Puna from the
Haili Street intersection on school days from 7:15,a.m. to
8:15 a.m."
"(aaa) On the mauka side of Tfamalahoa Highway from the Paauilo School
Road to the Hawaii Belt Road Lf roj. DF-019-2(5)in Paauilo."
Section 2. Subsection (a) of Section 4 (Prohibited Left and Right Turn
Intersections - Locations) is hereby amended by adding Paragraph 5 to read as
follows :
,15. Mamalahoa Highway in Paauilo_where it merges with the Hawaii
Belt Road fPProj.. DF-019-2(5~/."
Section 3. Section 5 (One-way Streets - Locations), as amended, is hereby
further amended by adding Subsection (n) to read as follows:
"(n) ItIAIALAHOA HIGHWAY in Paauilo. All vehicular traffic shall move
only from the Honokaa to the Hilo direction between the Cutoff
Road on the Hilo side of the Catholic Church and the Hawaii
Belt Road J-roj. DF-019-2(5)7."
Section 4.. Section 7 (Stop Intersection - Locations), as amended, is
hereby further amended by adding Subsection (r) to read as follows:
"(r) Konalani Street into Ala Keanawai at Kailua-Kona."
Section 5. This resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
