AND TOWERS (requires a Use Permit for Telecommmunication Antennas and Towers
Situated Within the RA, FA, A, and IA Zoned Districts) (Planning Director Initiated)

the above bill and the Planning Commissions' letters and enclosures.
Comm. 664: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PUNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN,
(Bill 194) AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 08-116 (provides for amendments to the above
bill previously suggested by former Planning Director Chris Yuen and Council Member
Emily Naeole-Beason in July 2008, as well as non-substantive amendments correcting the
spelling of certain Hawaiian words and typographical errors).
