COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 189
WHEREAS, by Committee Report No. 50, the Finance
Committee has recommended the creation of one position of
Court-Clerk Reporter (SR-17) in the District Court of
South Hilo (Section 8.08) effective September 1, 1959;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS of the County of Hawaii that the new position
of Court-Clerk Reporter (SR-17) is hereby created in the
District Court of.South Hilo (Section 8.08) and that the
District Magistrate for the District Court of South Hilo
is authorized to fill said position of Court-Clerk Reporter,
effective September 1, 1959, in accordance with;'the rules
and regulations of the Civil Service Commission and to pay
to the employee selected compensation as provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that when the salary ordinance
is next amended, the position he reinabove created be
incorporated therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be
directed to forward a copy each of this resolution to all
the district magistrates in the County of Hawaii, Depart-
ment of Civil Service, County Auditor and County Attorney
for their information.
