RESOLUTION NO. 190
ABANDONMENT OF OLD ROAD REMNANT ABUTTING ALII DRIVE
SITUATED IN HOLUALOA 1ST AND 2ND, NORTH KONA, HAI A! I.
10,IHEREAS, the construction of Alii Drive in Holualoa
1st and 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii-, has caused a portion
of the old Kailua-Keauhou Beach Road to be no longer_
necessary for public use; and
01HEREAS, it has been determined that the County of
Hawaii has no further use for the said portion of the
old Kailua-Keauhou road hereinafter more fully described
for road purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that the
parcel of land situate in North Kona, Hawaii, described
as follows:
ALII DRIVE
(Formerly Kailua-Keauhou Beach Road)
REMNANT 48
Being a portion of the Old Government Road, abandoned
as no longer necessary for road purposes,
Holualoa lst and 2nd, North Kona, Hawaii, T. H.
Beginning at the northwest cornea of this parcel of
land and on the northeast side of AM Drive, the coordinates
.,of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey
Triangulation Station 1°KAHELO" being 3703.33 feet South
and 2260.38 feet East, as shown on Government Survey
Registered Map 4037, thence running by azimuths measured
clockwise from True South:-
1. 193° 08' 16.67 feet along the east side of 25-Foot
Road;

2. 3280 031 281.97 feet along L.C. Aw. 3660 to
J. G. Munn, Lots 79, 880
70, 3, 24, 85, 41 and
62 of Holualoa lst and
2nd Beach Lots;
3. Thence along the northeast side of Alii Drive, on a
curve to the right having
.a radius of 1407.70 feet,
the chord azimuth and
distance being: 144° 291
190.26 feet;
4. 1480 211 3011 80.32 feet along the northeast side of
Alii Drive to the point of
beginning and containing an
Area of 2537 Square Feet.
be and the same is hereby declared abandoned for _road
purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy
of this resolution to the Commissioner of Public Lands
of the Territory of Hawaii.
