COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 251
WHEREAS, Lee Maice, Executive Director for the Hawaii
Housing Authority contributed greatly in obtaining public
housing for the City of Hilo; and
WHEREAS, Lee Maice throughout his tenure as said
Executive Director of the Hawaii Housing Authority has been
extremely helpful and cooperative with the Board of Supervisors,
County of Hawaii and the Housing Authority in Hilo regarding
the many problems affecting public housing in the County of
Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, Lee Maice has been appointed Manager of the
Urban Redevelopment Agency of the City and County of Honolulu;
NOVII THEREFORE,.BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
in and for the County of Hawaii that Lee Maice be and is hereby
extended the warm aloha of the Board of Supervisors, County of
Hawaii, in behalf of the people of the County of Hawaii for his
many contributions"together with the heartiest congratulations
and best wishes upon his appointment to his new position.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be directed
to forward a copy of this resolution to Lee Maice.
