COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 258
WHEREAS, there now exists a vacancy in the Committee
on Finance of the Board of Supervisors of the County of
Hawaii by reason of the elevation of the Honorable Thomas K.
Cook to the office of Chairman and Executive Officer of the
County of Hawaii.
NOW1. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPER-
VISORS of the County of Hawaii that the Honorable Elias P.
Yadao be and he is hereby appointed to the Committee on
Finance of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Honorable Ikuo Hisaoka
be and he is hereby designated chairman of said Committee on
Finance of the Board of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii.
