COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 261
CREATING SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO BE KNOWN AS THE REORGANIZATION AND EFFICIENCY
COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, it is incumbent upon the Board of Supervisors of the County
of Hawaii to continually seek ways and means of improving government effi-
ciency to the benefit of the taxpayers and inhabitants of the County of
Hawaii,
NOW, M.EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVIWRS of the
County of Hawaii that a special committee of this Board of Supervisors to
be !mown as the "Reorganization and Efficiency Committee" be and it is
hereby created for the purpose herein stated.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following members of this Board of
Supervisors be and they are hereby appointed members of said "Reorganiza-
tion and Efficiency Committee," with Supervisor Helene Hale as its chairman:
Helene Hale - Chairman
James Hamasaki
Ikuo Hisaoka
