COUNTY OF HAWAII - STATE OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 309
WHEREAS, the board of supervisors has adopted
public works committee report No. 73 providing
additional duties and responsibilities to one
position of equipment operator I, SR-7, in the
department of public works, bureau of building
construction and inspection, South Hilo and Puna,
Z-Section 8,21, (b)-7; and
WHEREAS, the civil service department has
reallocated said position to equipment operator II,
SR-9.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Hawaii that one position
of equipment operator I, SR-7, is. hereby reallocated to
equipment operator II, SR-9, in the department of
public works, bureau of building construction and
inspection, South Hilo and Puna, Zs-ection 8.21 (b)7
effective February 11, 1959.
BE IT FURTH,ER.:RESOLVED that when the salary
ordinance is next amended, the position hereinabove
reallocated be incorporated therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the county clerk be
directed to forward a copy each of this resolution to
the departments of public works, civil service, county
.auditor and county attorney for their information.
