ORDINANCE NO. 00 80
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24, OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983
(1995 EDITION), RELATING TO VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY'CHE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No pazking
at anytime), subsection (1) Kona, of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (1995 edition), is amended by
deleting the following item:
[(31) Kopiko Street, on the south side, beginning at Palani Road and extending
two hundred five feet in the easterly direction.]
SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In
printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need notbe included.
SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person
or circumstance, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications
of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to
this end, the provisions of this ordinance aze declared to be severable.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
