COUNTY OF HAWAII o TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION N0.
WHEREAS, section 3 of County of Hawaii Ordinance No.
191 provides "that the board of supervisors may by
resolution designate other places (beside the county
garage) for the storing or housing of motor vehicles"
belonging to the county of Hawaii,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
A
SUPERVISCRt' in and for the County of Hawaii that pursuant
to'said section 3 of County of Hawaii Ordinance No. 191,
the premises occupied by the dog pound be and they are
hereby designated as temporary sites for a period of
six (6). months for the storing or housing of motor
vehicles assigned to the department of dog pound.
.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy
each of this resolution to the departments of public works
and dog pound.
