RESOLUTION COMPENSATING DR. GRANT N. STEMMERMANN ON THE
B iZ IS OF QUANTUM I,IERIUT UP TO AND INCLUDING APRIL 24,
1953..
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS IN AND
FOR THE COUNTY OF HAINAII that Dr. Grant N. Stemmermann,
pathologist, hospital division of Puumaile and Hilo
Memorial Hospital, be and he is hereby compensated on
the basis of quantum meriut up to and including April 24,
1953, the effect live date of his resignation.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a
copy of this resolution to the County Auditor, Dr. Grant
N. Stemmermann and to the Managing Committee of Puumaile
and Hilo Memorial Hospital.
