ABANDONMENT OF ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AT MP.NOWAIOPAE HOMESTEADS,
NORTH HILO, HAWAII.
WHEREAS, there are certain road rights of way.
situated at Ma,nowaiopae Homesteads (Laupahoehoe) North
Hilo, Hawaii over which roads have never been constructed;
and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the County of
Hawaii has no further use for said rights of way,herei.n-
after fully described for road purposes provided there
is a relocation of said rights of way,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii, that the
road rights of way situated at Manowaiopae Homesteads
North Hilo, Hawaii, Parcel 2; Parcel 3 and Parcel a
'more particular description and delineation thereof
being attached hereto a.nd.made a part hereof by reference
be and the same are hereby declared abandoned for road
purposes.
BE IT FURTHER-RESOLVED that the County Clerk be
and he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a
copy of this resolution-to the Ho.norable..Fra.nk W. Hustace,'
Jr., Commissioner of Public Lands of the Territory of
Hawaii.

azimuths measured clockwise from True South:
