AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 00-64, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR JULY 1, 2000 TO JUNE 30, 2001.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 00-64, as amended, Relating to Public Improvements and
Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2000 to June 30, 2001, is hereby amended by
adding the following project:
PARKS & RECREATION:
County Parks Wastewater Facilities Upgrade $109,400

SECTION 2. Funds for this project shall be provided from:
State Grants Receivable $109,400
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
