COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Committee has
recommended the creation of a riew position of Park
Foreman II (SR-11) and the elimination of itwo~.,positiori~
of Park Maintenance Man (SR-1) in the Department of
Parks and Recreation.
NOIA1, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors in and for the County of Hawaii that the
new position of Park Foreman II (SR-11) be and is hereby
established and(two , position of Park Maintenance Mari
(SR-1) are hereby eliminated in the Department of Parks
and Recreation and that the superintendent of said
department be authorized to fill the new position of
Park Foreman II in accordance with the rules and regula-
tions of the Civil Service Commission and to pay the
employee selected compensation as provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the
County of Hawaii be and he is he.reby authorized and
directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the
Department of Civil Service and to the Department of
Parks and Recreation for their information.
