COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 5<5
WHEREAS, Section 132-13 of the Revised Laws of Hawaii
1955 authotize16~the treasurer of the Territory of Hawaii
to make temporary loans to the several counties of the
ATerritory of Hawaii) and
WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii is desirous of obtaining
a temporary.-loan of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000)
from the~treasur, er of the Territory of Hawaii
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF

SUPERVISORS in and for the County of-Hawaii, that the
Honorable Kam Tai Lee, Treasurer of the Territory of
Hawaii, be respectfully requested to make available to the
County of Hawaii the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS
($100,000)` with) interest by making a temporary loan _ of
said amount pursuant to Section 132-13 of the Revised
Laws of Hawaii 1955.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County,
of Hawaii be and he is"-hereby authorized and directed to
forward copies of this resolution to the (Honorable Kam
Tai..Lee, Treasurer, Territory of Hawaii.) the Honorable
Lawrence de Mello, Auditor, County of Hawaii, Iand to
the Honorable Dick T. Tanabe-, Treasurer, County of
Hawaii. f
