RESOLUTION NO. 5® Y
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 781 OF 1950, ESTABLISHING AND
DESIGNATING SAFETY ZONES, QUIET ZONES, TRAFFIC LANES, CROSSVIALKS,
AND LOADING ZONES IN THE COUNTY OF HAVIAII, TERRITORY OF HAWAII., AND
REPEALING ALL OTHER RESOLUTIONS IN CONFLICT THEREOF.
Section 1. Section 4 (Crosswalks - Location) of Resolution
No. 781 of 1950,,as amended, is hereby further amended by adding
Paragraph 33 under Subsection South Hilo to read as follows:
"33. Pua Street, in front of the Church of Jesus Christ
of Latter-Day-Saints."
Section 2. This resolution shall take effect upon its approval.
