Ayes: Committee Members Enriques, Ford, Greenwell, Hoffmann, Ikeda, Naeole-Beason, Yagong and Chair Onishi. Noes: None. Absent: Committee Member Yoshimoto. (Bill 191) AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010 (appropriates revenues of $25,154 in the Federal Grants - Section 5311 Non-Urbanized Formula Program Account; and appropriates same to the Mass Transit Agency Section 5311 Non-Urbanized Formula Program Account. These funds will be used to supplement the Job Access and Reverse Commute (JARC) grant that was recently appropriated into the Operating Budget. The grant is intended to provide increased transportation services for working commuters and for those seeking employment and also provides the operating costs to establish additional routes and frequency of bus service, including additional weekday and weekend service.)
