COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 540
WHEREAS, the Public Works Committee has recommended
the creation of ~-1-4-) assorted positions in the
Bureau of Road Construction and tMiaintenance, Department
of Public Works, on a temporary as needed basis to pro-
vide various services,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF

SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that for
the reason stated above, the following positions be and
they are hereby established on a temporary as needed

basis in the Bureau of Road Construction and Maintenance,
Department of Public Works:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman with the

statutes of the Territory of Hawaii and to pay the employees
selected compensation as provided by law.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and,
he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy
each of this resolution to the departments of Civil
Service, Public *Works and to the County Auditor for their
information.
