From Police Chief Harry S. Kubojiri, dated December 14, 2009, transmitting the above
report of missions conducted on November 2-3, 2009, in East Hawaii and
November 4-5, 2009, in West Hawaii, pursuant to Res. 46-01. The report indicates
the number of plants eradicated and the number, type, and disposition of complaints
received.
Postponed until February 2, 2010

(Bill 192) "LALAKEA POND BEACH PARK" PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 8,
SECTION 15-67 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS
AMENDED) AND AMENDING CHAPTER 15, ARTICLE 8, SECTION 15-68.1 OF
THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 EDITION, AS AMENDED) TO ADD
"LALAKEA POND BEACH PARK" TO THE PARKS AND RECREATIONAL
FACILITIES SCHEDULE
