COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 541
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the County
of Hawaii has no further use for that certain 30 foot
Road Reserve, Tax Map Key 1-5-03, Third Division, situate
at Pahoa, District of Puna, County and Territory of
Hawaii; and.
WHEREAS, the abutting property owners have no
objection to the abandonment thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii, that that
certain 30 foot Road Reserve, Tax Map Key 1-5-03, Third
Division, at Pahoa, District of Puna, County and Territory
of Hawaii, a more particular description thereof being'
I attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference, be
and the same is hereby declared abandoned for road
{ purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be
i and-he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a

k copy of this resolution to the Honorable Frank Hustace,
j Commissioner of Public Lands of the Territory of Hawaii.
