BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Caunty Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
instructed to forivard copies of this resolution each, to the County Auditor and County Treasurer,
and, that said County Auditor and County Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to make
the necessary transfers in accordance with the term's of this resolution.
