RESOLUTION NO. 629
REQUESTING THE TREASURER OF THE TERRITORY OF HAWAII TO
PAY INTO THE TREASURY.OF THE COUNTY OF -.HAWAII I THE SUM
OF $2,500-00 PER ACT 211 , S. L. 194 7 . i
WHEREAS, by Act 211, S. L. 1947, the Legislature
of the Territory of Hawaii annually appropriated -$2,500.00
from the general revenues of the`Territory for the estab-
lishment and maintenance of veterans=' cemetery on the
Island of Hawaii, such monies to be held in the Territorial
Treasury until payment thereof into the,Treasury of the

County of,Jawaii is requested by resolution of the Board
7 of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors in and for the County of Hawaii that the
Honorable Treasurer of the•Territory of Hawaii be and he
is hereby respectfully requested to pay into the Treasury
of the County of Hawaii the sum of ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,250.00)~to be expended for
the maintenance of the Hawaii County Veterans' Cemetery
for the first half of the year 1959•
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the
County of Hawaii be and he is hereby authorized and
directed to forward copies of this resolution to the
Honorable Treasu:rer of the Territory of Hawaii and the
Treasurer of the County of Hawaii.
