COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. 630
REQUESTING THE TREASURER OF THE TERRITORY OF HAWAII TO
PAY INTO THE TREASURY OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII THE SUM OF
$2,500.00 PER ACT 214, S. L. 1947.
WHEREAS, by Act 214, S. L. 1947, the Legislature
of the Territory of Hawaii annually appropriated $2,500.00
from the general revenues of the Territory for the estab-

! lishment and maintenance of veterans: cemetery on the
Island of Hawaii, such monies to be held in the Territorial

k Treasury until payment thereof into the Treasury of the
County of Hawaii is requested by resolution of the Board
of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii; and,
WHEREAS, the County of Hawaii has not requested
nor received any payment of the sum designated for the
County of Hawaii in said Act 214, S. L. 1947, for the

year 1958;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
i Supervisors in and for the County of Hawaii that the
Honorable Treasurer of the Territory of Hawaii be and he
j is hereby respectfully requested to pay into the Treasury
of the County of Hawaii the sum of TWO THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED DOLLARS I ($2,500-00) to be expended to maintain
the Hawaii County Veterans Cemetery.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the
County of Hawaii be and he is hereby authorized and
