COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO.
CREATING SPECIAL LEGISLATIVE COnMITTEE, APPOINTING
MEMBERS, AND DESIGNATING THE CHAIRMAN THEREOF.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Hawaii that pursuant to the provisions
of section 2 of Rule 6 (Committees) and Rule 8 (Special
Committees) of the RULES OF PROCEDURE OF THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII a special Legislative
Committee of six (6) members is hereby created and the
following members are hereby appointed thereto:

1. Supervisor Helene Hale
2. Supervisor Hiroshi Tanaka
Supervisor Robert M. Yamada
Supervisor Ikuo Hisaoka
5. Supervisor Thomas Y. Cook
6. Supervisor William Thompson
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Supervisor Helene Hale
be and.she is hereby desig.natedf,,chairman of said Legislative
Committee.
