RESOLUTION NO.
REFERRING ALL COMMUNICATIONS ADDRESSED TO THE BOARD
OF SUPERVISORS OR CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
TO THE.BOARD FOR CONSIDERATION.,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of
the County of Hawaii that all communications addressed
to the Board of Supervisors or chairman and Board of
Supervisors shall be presented to the first Board meeting
following the receipt thereof except communications which
are received less than 46 hours before the designated
meeting hour and such communications shall be presented
to the next Board meeting.,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to forward copies of this
resolution to the offices of the County Clerk and County
Chairman.
