Resolution No. 28 -99, transmitted by Council Chair James Y. Arakaki, via Communication
No. 103.0 1, dated January 14, 1999, authorizes the transfer of funds for the purpose of providing
bus transportation for senior citizens to attend the two Senior Health Fairs in East and West
Hawaii.
