RESOLUTION NO.
1
GOVERNING THE EXPENDITURE OF DEPARTMENTAL BUDGET AND
TRANSFER OF ACCOUNTS THEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervi s,c~rs of the
County of Hawaii.that all departmental budget approved
F
by the.Board shall be expended in the manner and for
the purpose specified therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no moneys appropriated
for accounts classified,by character, such as salaries-
and wages, contractural services, materials and supplies,
etc., shall be transferred to another account without
prior approval o-f the Board of Supervisors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Auditor be
and he is hereby authorized, and directed to dishonor all
expenditures which are not authorized by and under the
departmental budget.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized and instructed to forward. copies
of this resolution to all departments of the County of
Hawaii. ,y
