PAYMENT OF EXPENSES INCURRED BY COMMITTEE MEMBERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE
COUNTY OF HAWAII that all traveling and personal expenses
incurred by members of the Board while attending committee
meetings of the Board of Supervisors within the County
of Hawaii shall be paid out of contractural services
account of the Board of Supervisors upon filing of
bills or sworn signed statement of expenses.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized to send a copy of this resolution
to the County Auditor, County Treasurer and Purchasing
Agent,
