landau, easements, and rights-of-wady necessary
for the construction of the project;
(2) Construct all. necessary culverts, bridges,
street revisions,
(3) Hold and s6ve the United States free from
damages daze to the construction works; and
(4) Viaintain and operatc;'all the works after
completion In accordance with regulations
prescribed. by the Secretary of the Army.
