Resolution No. 56-99, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication
No. 184, dated February 24, 1999, authorizes a transfer of funds. The transfer is as follows:

010-161-5162.90-115 Film Industry Promo -Misc. C/S General $4,000
To:
010-161-5162.90-454 Film Industry Promo -Computer Equip $4,000
The aforementioned funds are necessary to facilitate the purchase of computer equipment and
compatible software for the Big Island Film Office.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 56-99
and recommends its adoption.
