COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO..
CREATING THE POSITION OF PLUMBING INSPECTOR FOR THE
DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, COUNTY OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, there is a need for a plumbing inspector
in the County of Hawaii; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works, County of
Hawaii, is the most appropriate department under which
a plumbing inspector should be employed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors in and for the County of Hawaii that the
position of plumbing inspector is created in the
Department of Public Works, County of Hawaii, subject
to Chapters 2 and 3, Revised Laws of Hawaii 1945, as
amended.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County
of Hawaii be and he is hereby authorized and directed
to forward copies of this resolution to the Department
of Public Works, County of Hawaii, and to the Civil
Service Commission, County of Hawaii.
