BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Cleric be anal he is hereby directed and
instructed to forivard copies of this -resolution each, to the County Auditor and County Treasurer,
and that said County Auditor and County Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to make
the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
