WHEREAS, one KAME SHIMABUKURO, a cane planter of Kohal a, Hawaii, inadvertently planted part of his 1956 sugar cane crop on a portion of the County of Hawaii road right-of- way :located at Kaauhuhu Homesteads, Lot 34-A, Tax key 5-5-01-2; and WHEREAS, benefits under the Federal Sugar Act are being withheld subject to the adoption of this resolution; and WHEREAS, the said Kame Shimabukuro has given his assurances that he is_going to have the boundaries surveyed and fenced as soon as possible, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Hawaii that permission-- prospective or in the nature of ratification--be and is hereby granted the said Kame Shimabukuro to enter into the said County of Hawaii road right-of-way at the place aforesaid to,perform any act or acts reasonably incidental to the disposition of the 1956 cane crop aforesaid. ! BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to Kame Shimabukuro. Dated at Hilo, Hawaii, this 4 day of , 1957.
