Re: Withdrawal of Resolution for Multi-year Lease of Real Property
On December 1,2009 we transmitted a resolution for a multi-year lease at Holomua Center in
Waimea for a Vehicle Registration and Licensing office. The lease also involves the current
Prosecutor's and County Council's offices in that facility.
At our request the resolution was held back from the Finance Committee agenda for the December
15, 2009 meeting. Subsequently, we have determined that due to pending changes in the lease.
arrangement, the resolution is no longer accurate.
At this time we are requesting the resolution and related communication be withdrawn and the
submittal be returned to our office. We will be submitting a new resolution in the future that
represents our adjusted multi-year lease plan.
