Kenoi, dated December 9, 2009 requesting confirmation of the above appointments pursuant to the General Plan of the County of Hawai‘i. (Note: There is a pending motion made by Mr. Hoffmann and duly seconded by Ms. Naeole-Beason to close file on Comm. 654 and recommend confirmation of the above nominees with the exception of Annie Howes, whose nomination was withdrawn.) Comm. 655: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25, HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE 1983 (2005 (Bill 186)EDITION, AS AMENDED) RELATING TO TELECOMMUNICATION ANTENNAS AND TOWERS (requires a Use Permit for Telecommmunication Antennas and Towers Situated Within the RA, FA, A, and IA Zoned Districts) (Planning Director Initiated) From Planning Director Bobby Jean Leithead Todd dated December 4, 2009, transmitting the above bill and the Planning Commissions’ letters and enclosures. Postponed to February 2, 2010. Ayes: Committee Members Ford, Hoffmann, Naeole-Beason, Onishi, Yagong, Yoshimoto and Chair Ikeda. Noes: Committee Members Enriques and Greenwell. Absent: None. Comm. 664: AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PUNA COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PLAN, (Bill 194)AS ADOPTED BY ORDINANCE NO. 08-116 (provides for amendments to the above bill previously suggested by former Planning Director Chris Yuen and Council Member Emily Naeole-Beason in July 2008, as well as non-substantive amendments correcting the spelling of certain Hawaiian words and typographical errors).
