RESOLUTION NO. ~a
NAMING AS AIPUNI STREET, A STREET IN SOUTH HILO, COUNTY
OF HAWAII.
WHEREAS, Henry P. Ching, by dedication deed dated
January 28th, 1957, conveyed a parcel of land situate
at Ponahawai, South Hilo, County and Territory of
Hawaii being a road right-of-way through a portion of
grant 1828 to Machada, (Kaumana Rise); and
j.. WHEREAS, the Planning and Traffic Commission has
approved the name of AIPUNI for said public street,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
Supervisors in and for the County of Hawaii that the
public street situate at Ponahawai, South Hilo, County
and Territory of Hawaii being a road right-of-way
through a portion of grant 4828 to Machada, (Kaumana
Rise) be and is hereby named AIPUNI STREET.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution
be sent to the Building Department so as to authorise an
assignment of numbers to the residences bounding said
street.
