COUNTY OF HAWAII TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS of the County of Hawaii that
the salaries of the following County offices are hereby fixed at the following
annual rates:
POSITIONS PER ANNUM
Engineer $ 90800.00
1st Deputy Attorney 9,000.00
lst Assistant Engineer 8,820.00
Planning Director 71800.00
Purchasing Agent 7,800.00
I-1st Assistant Engineer (Fire Dept.) 7,20000

Supt. Bureau of Plans 7,200.00
Supt. of Parks & Recreation 7,200.00
1st Deputy Clerk 7,000.00
Supt. Kohala Hospital 6,200:00

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Section 5,
Session Laws of Hawaii 195, no full-time officer of the County of Hawaii
may, during his term of office, engage in other gainful occupational employ®
.went or the private practice of any profession.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the salaries hereinabove fixed shall take
effect as of July 1, 1957.
