BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS in and for the County of
Ilaivaii that the sum of FIFTEEN HUNDRED AND 00/100 DOLLARS
($1,500-00 ) be and the same is hereby appropriated out and from
HIMJAY FUND,
and placed to the credit of the folloiviny named account:
R-$0-U REFUND OF AUTO TAXES $1,500.00
(Refund by County Treasurer for discarded cars)

PE IT FUR,'1'ILER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he is hereby directed and
instructed to forivard copies of this resolution each. to the County Auditor and County Treasurer,
and that said County Auditor and County Treasurer be and they are hereby authorized to make
the necessary transfers in accordance with the terms of this resolution.
