RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE'PURCHASING AGENT TO SELL CERTAIN SUPPLIES,
MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the county of
Hawaii that pursuant to the provisions of Section 146-35, Revised Laws
of Hawaii 1955, the purchasing agent be and he is hereby authorized
to sell.the following supplies, materials or equipment which are
not needed for public use or unsuitable for public use.
WAIPIO SCHOOL BUILDING AND COTTAGE, TOGETHER
WITH ANY FURNITURE IN THEM
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that such sale shall be based on'
competitive bids and conducted in accordance with regulations
approved by the board of supervisors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the county clerk be and he is hereby
instructed and directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the
purchasing agent of the County of Hawaii,, Territory of Hawaii.
