COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO.
9
WHEREAS, Ordinance No.' 191 of the County of Hawaii
provides for the storing and housing of motor vehicles
of the County of Hawaii in the county garage and at such
other places as the Board of Supervisors may by resolution
designate; and

WHEREAS, the nature of the duties and responsibilities
of the Chairman and Executive Officer, the County Engineer,
and the First Assistant Engineer such that it would
be to the best interests of the people of the County of
Hawaii to have the motor vehicles assigned to them
available to them at all hours of the day and night.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF
SUPERVISORS in and for the County of Hawaii that the
following be and are hereby designated as sites for the
storing or housing of the motor vehicles assigned to the
county officials herein named;
1. Chairman and Executive Officer - 107 Keokea Loop Rd.
Hilo, Hawaii
2. County Engineer - 678 Waianue.nue Avenue, Hilo, Hawaii
3. First Assistant Engineer - 641 Laukapu Street
Hilo, Hawaii.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of the County
of Hawaii be and he is hereby authorized and directed to
forward a copy of this Resolution to the Honorable James
Kealoha, Chairman and Executive Officer; Mr. Yoshio Inaba,
County Engineer; Mr. Cho Hen Chun, First Assistant Engineer;
and to the Department of Public Works, County of Hawaii.
