COUNTY OF HAWAII - TERRITORY OF HAWAII
RESOLUTION NO. ABANDONMENT OF OLD ROAD R:-NANANT FRONTING MRS. ICHI NAKAMOTOtS
PROPERTY, SITUATED AT HONUAINO, NORTH KONA, HAWAII.
WHEREAS, the establishment of the new xight-of-way
through Kainaliu village in North Kona, Hawaii, has caused
the old road remnant fronting the property of Mrs. Ichi
Nakamoto to lie without the said new right-of-i-,Jay, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the County of
Hawaii has no further use for the hereinafter described
old road remnant for road puxposes, and
WHEREAS, it is advisable that the said old road remnant
be made available to the abutting land owner,
.NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS
in and for the County of Hawaii, that the old road remnant
fronting the property of Mxs. Ichi Nakamoto at Honuaino,
North Kona, Hawaii, as described and delineated on the
attached sheet and map, which sheet and map are incorporated
and made a part hereof by reference, be and the same is hereby
declared abandoned for road purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk be and he
I is hereby authorized and directed to forward a copy of this
resolution to the Honorable Frank W. Hustace, Jr., Commissioner
of Public Lands of the Territory of Hawaii.
